FAQs

1) Can I enter more than one contest? 

Yes - you can enter all the contests!  We must receive all your entries by the deadline of January 30, 2025 at 11:59 PM. 

2) Do I have to add a fact and site the source on posters? 

Yes - please add one fact to qualify for prizes and having your poster printed for school busses. Our goal is to educate youth on a healthy lifestyle that is alcohol and vape free.  Please be sure to print clearly. 

3) Do I need to edit my videos to be the right length for each contest?

Yes. Video/Reels should be 15 to 30 seconds in portrait format. 

Submitting Entries

1)  How do I submit my art or video reel? 

Each contest has it‘s own link to complete a google form entry. Please use a personal email and not a school email. There is a space to upload your art work or video. Please make sure we have permission to view the video or art.

2)  Do I need to complete the Form 1941? 

If you are a student at a Palm Beach District school, we need you to complete and upload this signed form.

3)  What if I have questions about the contests. Who do I call? 

For Poster and Video/Reel contests, contact prevention@pbcbhc.org or call 561-374-7627.

4)  Can someone from the Coalition pickup a group of entries from our             school?  

YES - contact us to arrange a pick up by the deadline.  We are happy to pick up from a school.

Community Service Hours

1) When will I get my community service hours certificate? 

We will email a certificate to your personal email in February.
